The winter inversions started creeping in the valleys and the first snow came shortly after – with Sopot takeoff covered in snow and the usual winter mists the only thing left to do was practice our spot landings.

Some club members decided to join the Sopot Accuracy Open – spot landing competition that took place in mid November.

One competition day with 5 rounds was held.

First time competing – our club member Vanya Radulova managed to take 3-rd place in the women category!

And while most pilots in the Northern hemisphere were getting ready for hibernation our instructor Ivo – started his migration to the warm and suny Austeralia – ringing back the warmth with photos from a distant land down under.
