SkyNomad instructors Niki, Hristo and Strahil, plus their teacher – Nikolay Tsarov made a team building exploration trip in Eastern Turkiye. The climate is similar to Bulgaria except the higher terrain effects. West Turkiye is often sunny because the Black Sea and Agean Sea summer high pressure zones connect through it. Anatolian plateau at Central Turkiye is also open to sun and winds with occasional convergence lines, but the real gem is the eastern part of the country with its high mountains.

Turkiye is probably the most beautiful country for paragliding because of its diverse terrain – hills, mountains, volcanoes, ranges, canyons, etc.etc. People are hospitable and roads are good. This was our third exploration tour there and definitely more will come. Check with us if you want to join.
