With the first days of the August sun came and the long awaited summer weather.

In the first week of August our team at Skynomad organized the 2018 Czech Open championshps.

With a very favorable weather 6 valid tasks were flown by the 62 competitors.

With many smiles and many people in goal every day the competition elected the new Czech champion – Michal Sneiberg

After the Czech Open the paragliding competition season in Sopot continued with the Polish & Bulgarian Open national championships and the Paragliding World Cup.

Ivelin Kalushkov placed 5-th in the Bulgarian national rankings and was assistant meet director for the Paragliding World Cup.

After the busy competition season we continued with our regular XC Guiding with our good friends from Finland for the annual Finnish invasion of Sopot.

The weather was very kind to us giving us cloudbase of over 3000 meters and flights of over 100 km just ath the end of themonth.

September however is knoscking on the door and it starts to smell like autumn ith temperatures of 1 degrees at cloudbase.
